Here is Sleat Princess, a very clean and well presented young lady.
She is deceptively roomy down below, and can comfortably sleep 6 people. However, she is a comfortable size for manoeuvring around in the Solent Marinas.
The accommodation comprises: 
2 x double cabins, 1 forward and 1 post side aft. 
Saloon, with seats to both sides, which can be used as bunks.At the aft end of the saloon, to the portside, there is a fully fitted galley, complete with chest fridge, oven and hob. Full galley equipment, including electric kettle, toaster and an induction hob. to the starboard rear of the saloon there is the chart table and navigation station.
The roomy bathroom can be accessed via door to the rear of the nav station.
On deck, she has a rear cockpit, that houses a steering binnacle, that has engine controls, compass and chart plotter. Wind instruments are viewed on the aft end of the coachroof. Autopilot is operated via control panel on starboard side of cockpit.
She has a fractionally rigged, bermudan sloop rig, with fully adjustable backstay, furling headsail and slab reefing, fully battened main. All of which are of a size that allows minimal effort to make her sail well. There is also facility to rig a cruising chute.
An electric anchor windlass makes anchoring a relatively effortless pleasure.
She also can have a six man inflatable tender.
