Dufour Gib Sea 442

POLICOS is a Gib Sea 442, a French-built yacht built 1990 (rebuilt 2018), maintained to perfect condition and well-groomed. Because of its large height and width it has very spacious interior and large storage spaces. It can accommodate up to 8-10 people in 4 cabins plus crew. The two back cabins are double with their own wardrobe, closet, shelf and room to leave objects on both sides of the bed. While the two forward cabins are triple (double bed down and an extra bed (bunk bed) on top) with their own wardrobe and storage space under the bed. It has one toilet / shower, one separate toilet (electric) and one comfortable separate shower on the bow, as well as an outdoor shower. The sitting area is large and the dining table very comfortable even for large groups. The kitchen area is also very spacious with working bench, 2 refrigerators, gas stove and quite large cabinets. The deck is largely-shaded, with a bimini top and has been fitted a new spray hood (2019) plus extra shaded canvases which can easily be unrolled from the boom. The cockpit is cork, both soft and not hot to sit on a sunny day and a stable cockpit table was installed 2019. Deck and cockpit cushions are available. All standard navigation and communication equipment is available, with a GPS plotter, wind instruments and depth and speed log placed in front of the steering wheel. The yacht also has an MP3 audio system with external speakers.
