Built in 1964 by the Navaltecnica di Anzio shipyards, Speranza 40 was during the 70s, one of the pearls of Naples Gulf, designed by the famous engineer and designer Renato Sonny Levi.

Joined the Nautica SIC SIC fleet in the early 1980s, it was subjected to an important interior and exterior refitting in 2019 by the famous historical APREA shipyard.

It is currently a unique boat of its kind, far from the current mass-built boats molded in rigid resin shells.

Speranza 40, combines the classicism, elegance and style of a timeless boat.

During the day, the solid teak deck is the protagonist, with a large bow sundeck, to which is added the aft cockpit redesigned in a modern key to always guarantee large spaces, it has module seats able to adapt to different needs, which can be used as a second sundeck or as a dining area, in this case by adding the removable table.

Generous aft platform ensures an extra area to relax at few centimeters from the sea. A comfortable staircase with teak flooring ensures an easy ascent from the sea

The cabin equipped with a mini-bar kitchen and toilet offers a comfortable resting area thanks to comfortable sofas designed in a unique way.

Marina fees need to be paid at each marina you choose to dock overnight - the amount varies but you may be able to find this information in advance by contacting the marinas directly. Fuel costs depend on whether you’re sailing a motorboat or a sailboat. You can estimate fuel costs by double-checking your chosen boat’s engine, and the expected distance you aim to sail.
