The indicated prices include 3 crew members (Captain and 2 sailors). In order not to lose quality in the service, for groups of 25 people or more, it will be necessary to include a fourth crew member on board, and another 45 people or more, and another 45 people and

from 55 to another, which will entail an additional cost of €80 on the half-day excursion and €120 on the full-day excursion for each extra crew member.

If additional water activities have been contracted (through Rafael Verdera or another provider), for the safety of the boat and the clients, it will also be mandatory to hire a fourth crew member.

Cases that involve special treatment such as rental for filming or other activities other than tourist excursions must be budgeted.

If the client wishes an external catering, the price of the boat rental increases by 20% and an extra person for the assistance of the service €120.

To formalize the reservation, 50% of the price of the boat must be paid; The remaining 50% and possible extras must be paid 15 days before the event date.

If the 100% payment is not made 15 days before, the company Velero Rafael Verdera has the right to keep the amount of the reservation without any refund and cancel the event.

If a request is not confirmed with the payment of 50% after 8 days, the date will not be considered blocked, it will be canceled or automatically go to the queue of options for that specific date, unless the agency requests an extension that could be

considered.

Availability for a period of less than 2 weeks is open, without exclusivity.

It will only be possible to contract the package of alcoholic beverages if a food option is contracted. The captain may limit the consumption of alcohol on board, for safety reasons.

It is not allowed to bring food or drink on board the sailboat.

All services are subject to availability according to the type of event.
