Borrow A Boat is a Miles & More partner. You earn award miles on your boat rental, and you can also turn miles you already have into Borrow A Boat vouchers.
How many miles you earn
You earn 1 Miles & More mile for every €4 you spend on your boat rental. Book a boat for €1,000 and you earn 250 miles.
Only the payment you make to Borrow A Boat when you book counts. Extras and services you pay for at the marina during check-in do not earn miles.
How to claim your miles
- Enjoy your trip.
- One day after check-out, we email you a booking receipt for Miles & More.
- Go to the partner portal, qiibee Members.
- Upload your booking receipt.
- Enter your Miles & More membership number.
- Once the receipt is validated, the miles are credited to your Miles & More account.
How to pay with your miles
You can exchange Miles & More miles for a Borrow A Boat voucher:
- Go to the partner portal and click "Spend Miles".
- Log in with your Miles & More account.
- Choose a voucher worth €25, €50 or €100.
- Enter the voucher code at checkout on borrowaboat.com.
The miles are converted into a voucher code straight away, and you can use it for any booking.
Common questions
When will I receive my Miles & More miles?
After you have uploaded your booking receipt and it has been validated in the partner portal. Validation usually takes a few business days.
What happens to my Miles & More miles if I cancel my booking?
Nothing, because miles are only credited after your trip. A trip that does not take place simply does not earn miles.
What happens to my Miles & More miles if I get a refund after my trip?
If you receive a refund after your trip and after your miles were credited, we will work with Miles & More to adjust your account. This rarely happens, because the booking receipt is only sent after check-out.
