Because the law requires it. Port authorities in every country need to know who is on board a charter yacht.

Why the authorities need it

Safety rules require every person on board to be identified. In an emergency, the authorities can then account for everyone on the boat and send the right help quickly.

Fill it in before you travel

When you book with Borrow A Boat, you can fill in the crew list in advance, so check-in goes faster and you can set off sooner. Our customer service team reminds you to upload it in good time. How to upload it: Where can I upload my crew list, ETA, and skipper licenses?
