Arrive at the time you agreed with the charter company. That matters most at large marinas, where many crews check in on the same day.
Tell the charter company your arrival time
Charter companies need your estimated time of arrival (ETA) to plan the check-in. Enter it in your account on our website: Where can I upload my crew list, ETA, and skipper licenses?
Arriving early
If you arrive before the agreed time, the charter company does not have to hand over the boat early, though sometimes it is ready. If you want to be sure of an earlier check-in, you can book early check-in as an extra for a fee. Ask us about it when you book.
