To cancel a booking, contact our customer support team. There is no cancel button in your account.
1. Check the cancellation policy
Before you cancel, check which cancellation fees apply. Our standard policy is in What is Borrow A Boat's cancellation policy? Some boat owners and charter companies have their own policy: you find it on the boat's page and in your booking confirmation email.
2. Send us your cancellation in writing
Email help@borrowaboat.com, or reply to your booking confirmation email, and tell us you want to cancel. The cancellation must come in writing from the person who made the booking; we cannot cancel without it.
3. We handle the rest
